if you are theoretically good then learn all the formulas and equations of the related chapters or the topic and if you were practically good then you can just understand the question practically as example if the particle is falling from the top then you just think it practically and try to answer the question correctly

then just evaluate all equation.....it will make u easier....example the 3 equation of motion is related to each other.....we can also prove it.....it will u practice and learned the theory easy

First of all learn the formula of the chapter that are complicated for you.
Second step is to understand the concept of the chapter.
Third step is to solve easy example , if your answer is correct then go to the hard example, if your answer is wrong then take a look to the solution and then understand it and then solve it.
Step four is to solve easy numerical.
Step five is to solve hard numerical if your answer is wrong then go and learn the concept and formula then solve it.
Step six is to solve moderate numerical.
