Can anyone grow ( height )more beneath genetically from his/her parents?

Genetics or heredity is one of the controlling factors that determines height of a person. The dominant allele received from one of the parents determines the height of the child.

But height of the child is also determined by the kind of nutrition and dietary nourishment he or she is provided with since childhood. Hence a child can grow taller than his/ her parents.
