but there's an option of unblocking a (person)user at brainly 
here's the steps

# go to the site and open the profile of the person ( in the site it will be better) i.e. brainly.in

# then there will be many options to block /unblock /report etc. near the message box

# the person will be unblocked.

#this doesn't apply if you have reported that user...u can't message him/her

✔to unblock a person on brainly you can use the following steps :-

➡go to the official website of brainly ie brainly.in.
➡open the profile of the person you wanna unblock.
➡open message box, and there you can see the option to UNBLOCK the user.
➡click that , and the user will be unblocked provided you hve not reported or blocked him/her earlier.
➡if still the person is not unblocked, you can consult any of the leaders or moderators of the brainly team , some of which are nikki57, praneethworldtopper, shati, bellastark1,rishi sir,kimmus di , etc.
➡they will surely help you out.
