Respected sir,
I am Sumit khanna living at B-85 ,Janakpuri ,Delhi .. The area where I live has many stray animal which create lots of problem . Without any reason they just chase the people and sometime it causes accident .The whole society is disturb by these animals . We have written a letter to special authorization for stray animals but they showed no response .With a hope I have written this letter to you .Hope so you will understand our problem and u will give the suitable position in ur newspaper column so that the authorize department may work for our welfare .
