How can I prepare for sst exams please tell me its sooo important.

When I start talking to some girl I feel so nervous and my heartbeat become faster and faster.

i can Give u answer of second question I think You should talk them in deep voice and don't talk to fast and don't feel nervous because girl don't eat you

2.Once you are done with all the subject, do a consolidated study and holistically analyze social science as a subject and make bullet point notes of all the important topics.
