Answer:

Measurements of box -

l = 1.5 m

b = 0.75 m

h = 0.6 cm

Therefore volume of the box = l × b × h

= 1.5 × 0.75 × 0.6

= 0.675 m³

= 6750 cm³

Measurements of 1 book =

l = 20

b = 10

h = 7.5

Volume of book = 20 × 10 × 7.5

= 1500 cm³

No. of books that can be fit = Volume of cardboard box ÷ Volume of one book

= 6750 ÷ 1500

= 4 (Actual value was 4.5, but I rounded it off to 4 books since it is not possible to put half of a book in the box)
