Explanation:

As you can see in the given question the valence of M is 3 and that of sulphate ion is -2 so, the formula became M2(SO4)3 , like wise Carbonate ion have charge -2 and Hydroxide ion have charge -1 so the formula would be M2(CO3)3 and M(OH)3 respectively...:)
