From sentence "percentage of A's income is the increase in B's income", it is clear that

%gain(increase) = %loss(decrease)

= (75000/60000) ×100
= 1.25 × 100
= 125%

Hope my answer is precise. I am not sure about it.

Hope it helps . Thank you
