can anyone help me to know how can you study four hours continuously ?

Listen Frist of all that by a theory of a science is that no one can study up to four our only for 25 min ot 30 min,and you can not able to study upto 4 hour study for 25 min then take 15 Min break then study to 25 min.

first make a timetable then divided all of your time into short quantity of time......
in one chance if you try to study continuously you can't... first try to study at least 30 minute then increases the time everyday by 5 minute..... after month you can see that you are studying hours continuously
