Resistances QR and SR are in series:

Equivalent Resistance of QR and SR = 1+1 = 2Ohms.

Now Resistances QR and QS are in Parallel:

Equivalent Resistance of QR and QS=
 (\frac{1}{2} + \frac{1}{2} )^{ - 1} \\
= 1 Ohm.

Now Resistances PQ and QR are in series:
Equivalent resistance of PQ and QR = 1+1=2Ohms.

Now the resistances QR and PS are in parallel:

 {( \frac{1}{2} + \frac{1}{2} )}^{ - 1} = 1 \\
Thus the Equivalent Resistance between A and B is 1 Ohm.
