i] Salt prevents the growth of microbes on raw mango pieces.

ii] The raisins will swell up. This happens due to endosmosis from the cells. Water moves inside the raisins due to osmosis as concentration of solutes is higher inside the raisins.

iii] This depends on is the egg boiled? In most cases the egg should be boiled so according to this,  it does not show any change in size because its membranous covering has become dead due to boiling. So, there will not be any entry or exit of water from the egg cell
