Hey..
We observe that foam is produced more in Set I than Set II ...and a white precipitate is too produced in Set II...
Reason for this is that on adding CaSO4 the water becomes hard and for a soap to be added in hard water forms precipitate..hence this is so

The length of foam in set 1 would be more than than the length of foam in set 2
in set 1 there is only distilled water and liquid soap in it which will produce some length of foam
but in set 2 we have added CaSO4 which acts as a hardening agent which decreases the length of foam and less foam is produced than in set 1 because we added CaSO4
