Answer:

40. (a) Use Angle Sum property in ∆PQS :-

=>∠1+∠2+∠3=180°

=> 55°+60°+∠a=180°

=> 115°+∠a=180°

=>∠a= 180°-115°

=>∠a or ∠PSQ = 65°

Now, QR is a Straight line So,

=>∠PSQ+∠PSR = 180° [linear Pair]

=> 65°+ ∠PSR = 180°

=> ∠PSR = 180°-65°

=> ∠PSR or ∠b = 115°

Now in ∆PSR use Angle sum property same as done in ∆PQS and ∠c = 25°
