Answer :-

• A breading experiment dealing with a single character is called a monohybrid cross .

Here, When we do crossing between F1 generation Tall tea ( Tt ) plant and Short pea plant (tt ) it forms gametes Tt, tt, Tt, tt.

• Dominant character is always over recessive character. Therefore, The gamete ( Tt ) is a tall plant

• It forms 2 tall plant and two short plant

Here ,

Tt = Hybrid tall

tt = Dwarf plant

Therefore,

• Genotypic ratio = 2 : 2

Here, They form two Tall plant and two Short plant .

• Phenotypic ratio = 2 : 2 .

Here, Phenotypic ratio and Genetypic ratio are 2 : 2
