but black and white Tv is not a colored TV
why they both are colors tell the reason

black and white tv means which tv can give only the colour of pictures black and white ...
and we know coloured means which is shining like red , blue , Orange etc..coloured tv is a mixture of all colours and black and white tv only the mixture of the two colours okk

black and white colour TV means in all the channels we can see only two colour
but if u say it is a coloured TV u can have all the channels with different types of colour like yellow, orange, pink, blue,..... etc
