Answer:

ACTIVE VOICE - DEFINITION

A verb is in active voice when its form shows that the person or thing denoted by the subject does something.

eg. He will finish the work in a fortnight.

PASSIVE VOICE - DEFINITION

A verb is in the passive voice when its form shows that something is done to the person or thing denoted by the subject.

eg. The work will be finished by him in a fortnight

In active to passive voice conversion ,

we add

be + 3rd form of verb + by

Here be can either is,was, are, were,be or been according to the situation.

Example -

Mr Kala built the house [Active voice]

This house was (be form) built (3rd form of build) by Mr Kala [Passive voice]

Thank you ❣️♥️

Hope it helps you.....
