when bakeing soda water get in contact of dilute sulfuric acid it produces sodium sulphate +hydrogen +water+carbon dioxide which lead to briskeffervessel therefore form is produced at large extinct which can be used for extinguishing fire

you can also observe it by adding bakeing into lemon juice

There is a reaction between sulfuric acid and sodium bicarbonate (also called sodium hydrogen carbonate and baking soda). This reaction produces sodium sulfate, carbon dioxide, and water. The general equation for this reaction is:

acid + carbonate

salt + carbon dioxide + water

The balanced chemical equation for this reaction is:

H 2 SO 4 ( aq )  +  2NaHCO 3(aq ) → Na 2 SO 4 ( aq )  +  2CO 2 ( g ) +  2H 2 O ( l )
