(a)

solve

2 power is 2 so we multiply 2×2

LET

=2×2=4

=4×5=20

=20×11=220minute ans

(b)

solve

=60×3=180

=180+40=220

1 hour = 60 min

so

220÷60=3 hours 40 min

Mark me brainiest

220(dividend) = 60(divisor) x 3(quotient) + 40(remainder)

Step-by-step explanation:

so, as you have to calculate when they meet again

You have to take their LCM

take for example if say, two numbers are 2 and 3 if they are adding up{2 is adding 2 then it will become 4 then 6, and like wise 3 will add up to become 6} (in text two people moving and the values were 20 and 22)

Then, LCM of 2 and 3 is 6 (like wise LCM of 20 and 22 = 220)

Now lets dive into actual text,

in text two people moving and the values were 20 and 22

LCM of 20 and 22 = 220 minutes (the units are minutes and we have to convert it into hours)

divide 220 by 60 ( 1 hour = 60min)

you will get quotient= 3 and remainder = 40

So the answer is 3 hours and 40 minutes

{in the explanation it written}

220(dividend) = 60(divisor) x 3(quotient) + 40(remainder)

Here you go, plz appreciate my effort
