Answer-

$\longrightarrow$The figure of speech used here is personification since tree is showing human like behaviour of trembling and thrilling.

Identify the figure of speech in "chittering " and "trilling".

Answer-

$\longrightarrow$The figure of speech in "chittering " and "trilling" is onomatopoeia since they denote some kind of sound they descibe.
