Can anyone please provide me 'format' to write an appeal?
Dont give any example just tell what and where to write.

while writing an appeal you should write everything on the left side.be specific and to the point.in the address write proper name and address with pincode.
1)write your name and addreds
2)date
3)write the name and address of the person to whom you are writing letter.
4)subject of the letter
5)write the matter.starting with respected Mr.or mrs..the language has to be polite.
6)thanking you
7)your name
8)signature
