At first, I would recommend you to read panchatantra books, or short story books. It will help you in improving in your short story writing skills.

Then, I would like to tell you, that when you start writing a story, try to use more paragraphs. Minimum keep 3-4 Paras in your story.

Many people will tell you to give a conclusion at the end of the story. But, I would like to tell you, instead of doing that better you try to give an interesting end to your story.
