acceleration=(15-0)/(20-12)=15/8=1.875m/s²

v²-u²= -2as

0²-15²=2×1.875×s

225= 3.75s

s= 225/3.75

s =60m

when body in no acceleration

s = 15×12

s = 180

the total displacement of the body = 60 + 180=

240m
