Hey There,

Here, on both numerator and denominator, we take common whatever power of 2 we can.

So,we have:
\frac{2^{47}+2^{48}+2^{49}}{2^{50}+2^{49}-2^{48}} \\ \\ \\ = \frac{2^{47}(1+2+2^2)}{2^{48}(2^2+2-1)} \\ \\ \\ = \frac{1+2+4}{2(4+2-1)} \\ \\ \\ = \frac{7}{2 \times 5} \\ \\ \\ = \frac{7}{10}

Hope it helps
