you can't do it . only moderators can do it. but you can send a request for your account to be deleted .
go to your profile settings page
select preferences
click ' I want to delete my account ' button
write the reason.
then your account will be deleted

when you will click your profile picture there will be certain options out of that one will be log out .click that button then your account will be deleted in case of pc if you have a laptop this is the process.
