Can anyone please tell me how to make video or take picture of work doing on the computer/tablet/mobile itself by the device like Ms paint or any other software? Please answer

For picture , in computer press printscreen button and then paste the image in ms paint , in mobile or tablet taking screenshots depend on the device used so it is different for different devices.

For video recording you can use software like OBS
