In the story virtuallly true we can see michael's passion to play psyco driven games. After playindg and losing wild west his cofindence level was draining. But Sebastian encouraged him and filled his heart with confidence to strive hard and improve his game. He gave ideas ' like use of skeleton card in the game jail break, motivating Michael to strive hard. It was only because of Sebastian's encouragement and motivation that Michael succseeded in hitting jackpot and winning the game was zone. By these we can say that motivation is the comanding force to instill confidence in a person.
