176400 \: (1 + \dfrac{5}{100} ) ^{2}

176400 \: ( \dfrac{100 + 5}{100} ) ^{2}

176400 \: ( \dfrac{105}{100} )^{2}

Simplifying by 5 -

5 x 21 = 105

5 x 20 = 100

176400 (\dfrac{21}{20} ) ^{2}

176400 \: ( \dfrac{21}{20} \times \dfrac{21}{20} )

176400 \: ( \dfrac{441}{400} )

176400 \times \dfrac{441}{400} = 194481

NOTE - Maybe it's printing mistake . it's not 21/40. It must be 21/20.
