choti e is used like emli when less pronounced
badi ee is used like eikh when more voice come out in pronouncing ee.
it depend on the pronunciation wheter to use e or ee.

if someone told anyone then we use which
choti ki
whenever we denoted one's owned thing we use की
for example ravi की kitab, ghar की chabi, उसकी baat etc
in other situation we use कि
for example, जैसे कि, उसने कहा कि, माना कि वह अच्छा है,
क्योंकि उसे जाना है
