Not really. There's a lot of violent content going on. Unless good parental control is being exercised over TV remote control I personally am not in favor of TV for children mind stimulation. There are many creative other things for kids to do and learn from their own experience with it. Children should be encouraged to play with their friends on ground instead of binge watching cartoons or programs which don't really increase their knowledge. Age of 1 - 10 is most important age for them since they are like sponges who'll absorbe almost everything which is being taught to them. Parents should try to make their kids interested in reading. There's also learning some musical instrument or just something constructive. TV doesn't really do the constructive work.
