G.M.T is Greenwich Mean Time (also represented as UTC as explained in other answers). I.S.T is Indian Standard Time.
As we move eastward of England, half hour difference is added as per country bordering one another. P.S.T (Pakistan Standard Time) is 5 hours ahead (Sun appearing earlier). Further half hour and it is I.S.T.
As a simple formula we may have I.S.T = G.M.T + 5.30 hours
Hope this adds to the clarity.
