here is your answer
see there is 1 rabbit
he saw 6 elephants
so till now there are 7 animals
then
each elephant saw 2 monkeys
so now there are 6*2 = 12 monkeys
so now there are 7+12 animals ie - 19 animals
then
every monkey has 1 parrot in his hands
so now there are 12*1 = 12 parrots
so now there are 19+12 animals ie 31 animals...
so 31 animals are going towards the river...!!!!
