Here is your answer
let sides be 3x ,4x and 5x
=>3x+4x+5x=144
=>12x=144=>x=12
Now angles are 3x=3*12=36
4x=4*12=48 =>5x=5*12=60
Now we know that
s=a+b+c/2
=36+48+60/2=72
Now again we know that
√s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)
=√72(72-36)(72-48)(72-60)
=√72*36*24*12
=864m2
Now area of triangle is 1/2*b*h
=>864=1/2*48*h=>864=24*h
=>h=36
