in the outer circle the radius is given 19 metre ,
and you know circumference is equal to two pei ×radius so
area(exterior \: circle) = 2\pi \times r
so area= 2×22/7×19=119.42cm sq. ANS.....

now the area of inner circle in which radius radius is given 19 - 10 m =9m
so area =2×22/7×9= 56.57cm sq ANS....
hope this answer will help you plz mark me as brainliest
