there are 3 types of Muslim imaams during the time of prophet they were Bukhari, Sunni, Hanafi  ..prophet Muhammad read salah , the prayer in each mosque of the imaam and said there is a bit difference but the same thing so people felt whats is easy the chose those ways or reading salah and that's why Muslims r in groups.and sunni are most like the prophet way
