Your questions asks to open the basic coding software- Scratch 3.0

1) First open scratch and then go to background, then choose the underwater background and insert it.

2) Go to the sprite button then insert any 2-3 water animals.

3) Then u have to change the costume of the fish

Now lets go to the coding part-

1) Make the fishes move from one side to another using the gliding block or move block

2) Now drag the 'think' block and insert it, make the fishes say - Will i find my friend today?

3) Add some sounds to give some finish touches to your project.
