MATTER- anything which occupies space and has mass is called matter

ATOM- an atom is the smallest particles of an element that can take part in a chemical reactions.

MOLECULES- A molecule is an electrically neutral group of two or more atom chemically bounded together.

PARTICLES- particle (or corpuscule in older texts) is a small localized object to which can be ascribed several physical or chemical properties such as volume, density or mass.
