can anyone tell me how can i start a courier to the football journey and give me the solution of this question that my parents are not allowing me so what can i do.

Firstly stop taking advice from people who didn't accomplished anything in life. They don't know what they might say.. they would just talk sweet to encourage not tell about hardships.
Second problem is, are u ready to take the hardships u would face in this football line.. i myself played football for 4 years and never went beyond state level.. so it's easy to think to be a great player but 100 times harder to take the pain.
3rd and foremost is talking to parents... now i suggest u to leave all the s*it behind in ur life and start a new one.. stop all the n*uisance uh have created wit ur friends and others... time will tell who the real ones are.. now coming to parents, i think u should firstly get a college in a big city like Mumbai, Dehli or Chennai or Kolkata where footballers have a chance to stand.. with ur college studies keep the practice going.. slowly take steps like playing in Nationals and then proceeding furthure... once ur family sees ur potential then surely they won't utter a word.
