can anyone tell me how to get rid of distraction while studying?

there are many ways. .but it depends on you. if you are distracted by mobile phones or games then you may keep away from mobile phones by not keeping it beside you. it also depends on the place you sat for study, you sit in a place which is comfortable for study I mean the environment must be gud enough, no cauoise. other than distraction of mobile if you have any other then you can comment me for help. I will try my best.

● Nowadays a biggest distraction which we face is our phone so try to study at a place where there is no phone and keep ur phone in other room.

● Study in a slienent place

● Try to study alone in a close room.

● take all important accesorios with u line water bottle, few snacks and stationary itmes.

● Do meditation and some exercise
