☜☆☞Well, like everyone else even I dont have that keen interest in studies. But frankly speaking I started studying what I want only. Syllabus, course, exam dates never matters to me, what matters is just what I want to study. I love fictious novels. I study them most of the times. If u want to gain interest in your studies you have to be handy with your materials around. Start thinking all around about what you studies. For example I am doing b-tech from mechanical engineering. My faculty took a lecture of engine, when I came back to my house in the evening I found my dad's car then I opened its engine and did something lot messy. However, I was scolded by my parents but I got certain practical knowledge from it. I.e., pistons, cylinder, crank ,shaft etc and also I became handy with the working of engine as well as the car. So start thorough studies, completely practical basis but get ready to be criticized by everyone else., as that my parents in my case. Please ignore grammatical mistakes. Try to learn the positive things from my writing.
