I am not sure but to forgot the depression we should do what the things u likely do when you are sad and which makes you happy.
for me when I got angry I just hold some pencil and try to break it at if it didn't break I keep on focusing on that pencil and I do forgot every time. and sometimes I cry out and it make me feel better.
