Can anyone tell me that Class-X syllabus only included in ICSE or does include class IX syllabus too?

there are some books of 9th which are continued till 10th like Hindi ,English etc so the chapters are also repeated but for the subjects other than that you have to learn fresh syllabus of class 10th
