In figure 3 bulb will glow, as it the only circuit among the 3,which is closed or complete.

The 3Rd bulb only will glow.
Let's see how,
The first circuit is open because the key is not connected. Thus,no electricity will flow through circuit.
In the second circuit, the battery is connected only to the positive terminal and not connected to the negative terminal. So, it can't glow.
The third circuit is complete. Everything is fitted well and the wires are connected perfectly.
So, the third one only will glow.
