can anyone tell me the difference between (
corundum) and (carborundum) please i am confused

corundum is Aluminum oxide, a very hard stone found naturally. Carborundum is silicon carbide , generally produced for commercial use.

different between corundum and carborundum. .....o3that occurs in the form of the gemstone sapphire and ruby;it is uesd as an abrasive while carborundum :is a crystals of silicon carbide uesd as an abrasive.
