Can anyone tell me the exercises from which I can get stamina.
I go for 10 km continues running then 5 set of 20 push up then other normal exercise
5am to 8am

This is my personal opinion
Explanation:
Just jog, walk in the same pace. Then increase the distance of your jogging area. Then increase your pace but not way too fast. Keep doing it then you increase your stamina. Uphill is most recommended.
