Reflection is the change in direction of a wavefront at an interface between two different media so that the wavefront returns into the medium from which it originated. Common examples include the reflection of light, sound and water waves.

*some change are beneficial to us where as some are harmful to us . The ripening of fruits is a beneficial change. The spoiling of cooked food is a harmful change.

* some of the change can be reversed whereas other changes cannot be reversed.

*All the changes around us can be classified into two groups 1. Reversible change

2. Irreversible change

A change which can be reversed to form the

" original substance" is called reversible change.
