So according to the question,
C * C = I i.e. 3 * 3 = 9 because alphabetical value of C and I is 3 and 9 respectively.
C * I = G i.e. 3 * 9 = 27. Since in multiplication we carry if there is two digit. Carrying two and since value of G is 7 so the alphabet written is G.
C * B = H i.e. 3 * 2 = 6. Since there is a carry , we add the carry and number becomes 8. Since value of H is 8 so the alphabet written is H.
