The method 1 is right.

Because in 2 nd you did a blunder mistake.

10 was not in denominator with 2 , it was Below 63 in numerator.

While transposing it you did mistake.

The first method is absolutely right.

6.3 \div 2 =  \frac{63}{10}  \div 2 \\  \\  =  \frac{63}{10}  \times  \frac{1}{2}  =  \frac{63}{20}  = 3.15
