My name is............ and I am the students of class VII. I borrowed two books from the library last month. I am sorry to inform you that I have lost one of those books. The name of book is Jungle Story. I am willing to either to replace the book or to pay its cost with fine.

Sub : reporting the lose of a book from library

With utmost gratitude deep veneration high reverence profoundly from the core of my heart I would like to draw your kind attention to a fact that I have borrowed one book from the library. But unfortunately u have lose that one. The name of that book is " Wings of Fire". I am in grief because of that book. I am feeling very pity. As I have lose the book so I have to give a new one.

I, therefore pray you to kindly pardon me and sanction my request by giving me the permission by which I can deposit a book in place if it. For which kind act if your I would remain grateful to you for ever.
