When astronauts are out in space, they can whistle, talk, or even yell inside their own spacesuit, but the other astronauts would not hear the noise. In fact, the middle of space is very quiet.

no .. bcause sound waves need material medium for propagation and in space there is no atmosphere or medium

so astronauts cannot communicate verbally..

they communicate through radio transmitters and recievers as radio waves are electromagnetic waves which do not require material medium for propagation
