Yes, both balanced force and unbalanced not create a change in the shape of the object.

Example:

When we are playing cricket ,we hit the ball hard enough with the bat                                sometimes the ball gets disordered or even bursts.(unbalanced force )

When we squeeze a form ball ,it does not move but, it's shape gets change.

(balanced force)
